we spend around 3 hours at the internet cafe. i'm getting sleepy. let's go home i suggest.

we waited for sometime for a taxi. rejected a number of taxis due to the taxi driver crazy demand on the fare. in Batam, you must bargain with the taxi driver for a good deal before boarding. there is no metered fare taxi.

Zerr do most of the talking and bargaining.

me? i do most is snapping pictures.

where is a kind taxi driver? we normally pay INR20,000 to INR25,000 per trip. direct to the front door.

upon reaching home. freshen up and sleep.

i woke up at 0655wib. waiting for the bread and bun peddler to pass by. i heard the horn from afar. i bought 5 types of buns and breads. my favourite this time is the Chocolate Rice and Cheddar Cheese Bun

since Zerr is asleep and did not intend to wake up. i finished all the buns and bread. smiled.

i watch Saw and Saw 2 DVD while Zerr is sleeping.

Zerr woke up in time for lunch. we get ready and i packed my belongings. i'm going back to Singapore this afternoon. let's go to BCS, Zerr suggested. it started to rain outside.


we brave the rain and made it to stopped an angkot to Nagoya. nothing strange, it did not rain halfway there.

BCS. we ought to try and eat out at Seoul Garden.

to my disappointment, the lack of choice turn us away. not like its franchise in Singapore, you are spoilt for choices.

we settled for Breeks.


i had Spaghetti with Beef Sauce and Zerr settled for Seafood Marinara Spaghetti


the choice of drinks are interesting. Zerr asked for Ocean, a creamy delicious white and blue drink. i opted for Blue Dolphin. a Sprite and Apple flavoured drinks.

i enjoyed the drinks buit not the food. the taste is bland and boring. the service staff is efficient and friendly. the setting reminds me of Billy Bombers Restaurant. the female floor manager is over efficient, clearing my plate without asking. she was so fast that i could not say "stop!". there goes my sliced Tomato and Beef Sauce. upsetting.

we went to watch a live music band playing at BCS foyer. Zerr was invited on stage by his MC colleague. belting a duet with the band.


we received a t-shirts as a token. thank you.

we later went to Nagoya Hill to pick up Zerr silver ring and chain which was send for repair.

stopped by and browsing the Anti-Corruption awareness programme at Nagoya Hill Food Mall.

corruption is a disease. avoid at all cause.

went for Coffe and Cakes at Morning Bakery outlet nearby. i had Kek Madu with Black Coffee.

Zerr chose not to have anything except for a cuppa.

we say our goodbyes and i head down to Harbour Bay by ojek. take care Zerr. be good.

my ferry scheduled for 1630wib. i arrived early. very early.

i slept on my way back to Singapore. a good nap

i decided to go to Little India. soaking in the Sunday crowd. it was buzzing with foreign workers and foreign visitors. locals add in the crowd.




i have to pushed myself out of the bodily entanglement. stuffy here. i noticed on the board that there will be a procession of Hindu devotees tonight. Fire Walking Festival. better go home.

passed by the newly renovated hotel driveway of New Park.

nice design. i like it. nice to the eyes.

grandma jumped to the kitchen seeing me home. cooking dinner.

we will have Sup Laksa. thank you so much grandma.

i took some rest before deciding to meet Tom later. going to pass Tom his CD's.

freshen up and around 2230hrs i'm on my way to Rowell Road.

i went to internet 103 before meeting Tom later.
